Howzit and welcome. Why don't you introduce yourself to the forum and show us your ride.

Regarding retrofitting fogs there are multiple ways to go about it. You can simply wire them to your headlights. So when you're headlights are on the fogs are on. I had an auto electrician install mind it was like R400 or something. The inserts where the fogs sit pop out and he fogs sit where the inserts were.

Cool. Another thing I read. Is apparently where you light switch is and you have the blanked off switch for the front fogs. There is a stopper in the blanked off switch that can be removed and you can use that switch.

are the wiring looms not the same for cars with and without fogs? I was under the impression that the wiring would be in the dash behind the headlight switch just that there isnt a switch to accommodate it as well as at the front of the car, the wiring would be there, just not used?

Would BMW make different looms for every derivative in every model ?

I would also like to do this...

Like Chef told me it would be best to connect the spots to the park lights as they will always be on, but if the wires are there - then one just needs to get the button on the dash... think there is something im missing :fencelook:
