E90 N55 Mass Airflow Sensor

Hi Guys

I hope everyone is well.
So my car went into Limp mode and after reading the codes it popped up 2

0029D0 - Intake  Air Tempreture sensor
002C57 - Charging pressure control, plausibility pressure too low

So just checking if anyone else had a simalar issue.
The car drivers perfect for a day or two and then goes into Limp mode.

Price for the Intake sensor is R6500.00 from Bmw and with a special i can get it for R5500.00
There is someone at a spares shop in Dbn who i trust and bought other spares from has a new prirate intake Air sensor for R1350.00 . Will this be fine and is the otehr sensor on the charge pipe.

Both sensors including the charge pipe were taken off cleaned and put back with the same issue.

HI,

I will have a look around but i think i have a sensor here for the air intake Used that we can test on your car and make sure.
However with that being said it doesnt mean its those that are faulty.

Check for
a) boost leak
b) dirty sensors
c) vacuum pipes from pressure solenoid on the turbo.
d) pressure solenoid - (could be this thats faulty)

You welcome to contact and bring your car in to have a look at.

Thanks
Danny
