As Gareth said, they generally go from 50 til around 250+
I'd say that's not as big of a gap as expected.

How so ? the m4 has a 3.0l engine with twin turbo's its quoted 10kw more iirc than the v8 m3. So i am trying to understand why you are expecting more of a gap ?

Cos local stock V8s are around the 240-245wkw where as most F80/82s are around 300wkw mark with bucket loads more torque. I think BMW under stated the F series power figures a little

Yeah quoted power and actual power are different on the F8x M.
So let's just say a 50wkw difference, a lot more torque, and it's a lighter car
