E90 knocking noise at the back

Hey guys need some assistance. Whenever I pull away with my car it feels like the back is being it with a jack hammer. Only happens some of the times not always. Sometimes I need to rev up the car with some clutch control to pull away otherwise it just keep ratling.

Any of the following:

Diff mounts

Rear trailing arm bushes

Rear shock mounts

Prop guibo or carrier bearing

Could even be a loose exhaust.

Is it not your clutch that's on the way out? where about are you based?

It feels like almost as im not giving enough petrol and the car dont want to pull away and ratle. Also when im on clutch control and push in the clutch completely you also can hear a knocking sound

Check the handbrake shoes. Could be the possible cause of the sluggish pulling away and the rattling/knocking sound

Are you positive the sound is coming from the rear or from under the front seats?

See the trust bearing is what will make the sound on your car when you push the clutch in and there is rattle but when it is out there is none, also revving the car will drown out the rattling sound of the trust bearing when standing still

My car - there is a small rattle sound when i push in the clutch (knowing that the trust bearing is on its way out) but the sound is only noticeable when pulling next to a object next to me. Also not always there, Again on my car i have brake assist and when i pushed the brake in for say 10sec and then pull aaway there is a slight clunk noise as the brakes release and let me go, do you car also have cruise control with brake assist
