E90 Halogen Lights

About a month ago my bmw 2011 e90 320d's battery went flat and I jump started the car from another vehicle and fried the footwell module.

I have since had another footwell module installed and coded but the angel eyes do not come on at all and the halogen lights flicker.

Does anyone here know what the problem could be?

Have you checked your fuses ?

1. Fuses?
2. Is the battery fine...sorted?
3. Maybe the FRM were fine all along?
