E90 Grills

Hey Guys

I Lately have been noticing that some e90's Lci's (Face lift) have a grills where the frame is chrome, but the slats are black, and then you have the normal grills that the frame and the slats are chrome.

I especially noticed since saw that my car has the full chrome on the left and the other one the right :thumbdo:


any idea if this was M sport thing, or perhaps all e90's after a certain year got the chrome frame and black slats?

the 4 pot cars had chrome + black and the 6 pot came with full chrome...same with the window trims (gloss black for the 4 pot and satin silver for the 6)
