E90 erratic errors

Hi guys,

I have a 323i which has developed a mis-fire sorta symptom. At low revs it splutters and so forth, anything over 45rpm it is fine. I sent it to get checked up at the place which service it last, and they came up with this:

After googling it seemed like a logical explanation, also experienced worldwide by other people.

I was not satisfied and wanted a second opionion from a family mechanic. We picked up some of those errors, then cleared them. Let the car sit for a bit to reset, and after re-diagnosing came up with this:

I am baffled, WTF.

Anyone know a good auto electrician in the Durban area, who specialises in BMWs?

The top screen is DIS, ie genuine BMW....

The bottom is not, which means I would trust the top screen.

You can further diagnose the car using that error on DIS, particularly on the DME.

Sounds as if your DISA unit went poof or is clunked/mucked up
