Good day my fellow fanatics.
So today i wanted to drive to capetown and as i stopped to fill up my car the were just smoke everywere. I went home and had a look and it seem like there is oil dripping somewre on the manifold as there was like intervls between the puffs of smoke.
just wanted to know if some of you had simmilar problems and what it might be. And the nearest dealer is 35km away from me so is it safe for me to drive to have it checked out?
Please help:blueCry::blueCry::blueCry:

Just wait for the engine to cool down completely and check the oil and water levels before you drive the car, then if it looks fine, drive the car to the mechanic, but I suggest that you keep a fire extinguisher handy, because the old adage applies: "Where there is smoke, there is (more often than not) fire"

Faulty tappet covers usually leak oil into the exhaust manifold, that's probably what you're seeing.

rub your finger on the engine just above the exhaust manifold you should get oil on your finger if it is leaking there
