e90 electrical failure

I recently have my battery changed which I bought from bmw, but now nothing is working. the car doesn't lock, Windows not working, no lights it shows a sign which when I read the manual it was an electrical failure. any ideas where to begin please.

there was a recall on the e90 for the power cable
call them and see if yours was done
