E90 Boot Gas Strut

Hi All,

Where can I get gas struts for my 2006 E90.
I was at my local Midas and they tell me it is Agents only.

Do any of you know where I can get a set?

I heard Goldwagen has these at a fraction of the price the dealers offer.

Yes Goldwagen does have them at a fraction of the cost. Think i paid 190 each for Topran shocks...........But they not the best. It has enough lift to keep the lid up but when closing the lid, it tends to slam. Now i have to manually lower the lid. Scrapyard wanted R500 each.

Yea, my experience is that the aftermarket boot struts are cheap, but rather junk. I found my 11 year old OEM boot struts to be stronger than some brand new generics..
