Check out the link on this thread for more details. I read some reviews of people who installed it into there cars and most of them could feel a noticeble difference in the throttle response. No power gains just much better throttle response with 3 different modes. The throttle response is the only thing that bothers me about my car for now...

My cousin got 1 for his 130i, works like a charm. Low end throttle response is very good. I'll ask him where he bought it and let you know.

Thanks Dr E, keep me posted on the thread or drop me PM.

interesting, but i cant quite fathom how it works.. only thing i can think of is that it modifies the response time of the electronic pedal signal to the ecu.. anyone have solid info?

It works exactly like the sport button in a M3.
It works by recalibrating the signal of the electronic throttle control.
Definitely NO power but results in very different driveability.
Depending on your driving style, you may or may not like it.
I for one hate driving my M3 without it.

You can find more info. here:

I have one for sale.

Any E90 three series drivers in JHB willing to test this product out?

yes i will if this won't void my motorplan.. :) or if they can't detect or see fault codes and depending on the price :)

i think my 323i is way too sluggish with pull off

No, it just changes the curve mapping of the electronic throttle - so a small movement near the beginning of travel will translate to a big movement and a big movement in travel near the end will translate to a smaller movement that the ECU sees. Same effect as stomping on the gas more quickly. Most idiotic device on earth. Rather save yourself the money and stomp on the gas like it's a clutch pedal...

i scanned a car with this thing fitted, and there were codes (if that bothers you)

IMO.. at the price, its a waste

Someone else has also posted up something similar to this, and I will say again, this is a load of crap, it just makes your car feel faster because it is jut equivalent to pressing the accelerator in deeper. This will probably ruin your fuel consumption as well.

Want real better throttle response, get ITB's or a lightweight flywheel.

Thanks for the feedback peeps, will try it regardless.

I finally installed a sprint booster to my 2009 E90 BMW 325i and it gave me exactly what I wanted - Great throttle response!!! The car feels super dead when I deactivate it...
Now I just give it 2 revs and it spins off the line just the way my older 325i did :) The lag it totally eliminated in race mode. I recomend this product to anyone who wants to make small mods to there Beemers.
Time to race!!!
