Last week i got a yellow battery warning, and noticed my lights were not coming on when i unlocked my car. SO after a quick research, learnt it is the battery on its way out.
So for you in the same boat, here is the run down:
Bmw Bruma OEM Battery: R2350
Varta (made in Germany 24 month warranty) :R1950
Duracell (made in Austria 30 Month warranty ) R1870
Here is the interesting part, i removed the oem battery, and the OEM BMW battery is made by.... Varta!
So if you want to stick to OEM then save cash and get Varta.
Sent an email to [email protected], very friendly and helpful service.
They didn't have stock so i needed up getting a Duracell, which is made in Austria and the 30 month warranty is reassuring.
Seems like most E90's LCI's are 80ah. The most crucial detail being your amp's. it was a straight swap and until now no issues.
Hope this helps other guys out there :coolShake:
