E90 335i Lci and F30 335i

Hi guys.

What was the changes from the E90 Lci 335i and F30 335i in motor if any, i know both ar N55... Different hpfp, injectors and so on?

Was the small "issues" sorted from E90 to F30?

The F30's are more powerful, newer technology like the 8sp box and steering....

The F30 does lack a driver's feel.

From late 2013 onwards the F30 was equipped with the EWG.

It's the same motor yes but I am not convinced it is the same revision of the motor... ZF box is good but not sure it is bulletproof.. Mine is going in soon..

Not hearing of HPFP failures, but can't say.. Mine is going strong besides a few issues here and there..

Isn't there a difference with the charge pipe as well?

Not broken, just not well.. Thinking it is software adaptations as it shifts quite roughly between 1-2 when the box gets hot. But in DS or Manual it shifts perfectly. More an annoyance than anything car was after all never meant for traffic..

Just today chatted to the aftersales guy asking me when am I buying that M4 and again I told him I would have to drive in traffic, something the M box is definitely not suited to.. Its a car for the open roads!

I should work remotely more will solve all my problems.

some E90 LCi's still came with the n54.
