Hey guys

So i am getting tired of this moerse fuel bill of mine, and want to look at a E90 330d.

Any common faults/issues on the car that i need to look out for ?

i see most ones in my price range will have more than a 100k on the clock will that be any issue ?

Anything to look out for when buying , also manual or auto ?

Any info will be appreciated guys :ty:

This is one of the best buys you can make especially the 330d manual.
this is my daily ride with already 273000 km on the odo.
When buying, make sure the services were done properly.
also when getting close to 200000km you would probably have to replace the vibration damper pulley. (R5175.00) for the pulley alone.
Also get rid of the cat, just empty the housing with a hammer and long thick screwdriver, this car does not have the o2 sensor behind the cat so no worries there.
PM me if you want any more info!

Thanks for the info guys,

What are service costs like ?

I will probably do the oil and filter every 7500km myself as with my previous diesel, and then the big services get done by a mech.

Also who do you guys work on your car in the west rand area ?
