E90 330D Clutch

Good Morning,

I am asking this question on behalf of a friend. He currently drives a 07 330D manual.

The car is out of MP and has 170K on the clock. He told me the clutch cable broke and wants to know what exactly he should ask the agents.

He has asked around and people are telling him he needs to replace the dual flywheel and do clutch kit.

So members please help me help a friend in this situation. Would really like to get him back in his car again.

Don't know what clutch cable he's talking about. Buy don't buy a clutch from the dealers. Get a LUK clutch. R10 000 for the clutch and dmf

That's from the agents. I paid R10 000 for my e90 330d luk clutch and flywheel. Which is supposedly oem.

Also maybe try G-Drive for the parts, then find a workshop to fit that won't charge an arm and a leg!
