E90 325i Manual - not starting..... please advise

Hi guys,

Yesterday my mum drove to spar, parked and went inside... when she got back to her car, it refused to start. the car was fine the entire morning and then just died.

It swings but doesn't start... We checked the battery and the voltage is still around 12.7V , tried my M battery in there but it still doesn't start. We didn't want to kick start the car and decided it would be safer to tow it home and leave it there until we can get it taken to a Mechanic/workshop.

Anyone had any similar experiences with an NA E90 6Cyl?

It showed a Yellow exclamation Mark " ! " on the dash.

i'm Located in Randburg, close to northgate.

Had a similar experiance with my E46 330ci. It would swing but not start. The problem was the starter, had it replaced and it was perfect.
