E90 323i Clicking noise on take off

Hi Guys

I'm looking for some advice. There is a clicking noise coming from, i think, the prop shaft, but only on take off. Had it taken to BMW and they greased a component that was apparently dry. Took the car to another BMW and the tighten the entire prop shaft, but the noise is still there. Could this noise be the hill assist activating and de-activating. I don't know:dunno:

you sure its not the pin in your right leg? it might need oiling...

Trust me...the right leg is well oiled:thumb:

Does it do it if pulling off after having the hand-brake up - I think this overrides the hill-hold, seems to on mine. This would then theoretically rule out the hill assist.
