E90 320i Flat Spot

Hi All

My 09 320i seems to be having a little issue.
There seems to be a flat spot when pressing the accelarator pedal around the middle position.
When pressing slightly it seems fine and when pressing it fully all hell breaks loose and takes off with tyres squeeling and in a sideways position :roflol::roflol:
You all know the crazy power the E90 320i makes.

The car was serviced recently and plugs were changed as well.
The car is on 160k kms and has never had the vvt motor replaced which seems to be a common failure on these models

Any ideas on what the issue could be.

Speak to Gert from OBD Worx, and get the codes read, is it an auto or manual ?

Thanks Nikhil
Will do

Any speculations on cause

I have done a process from another bmw site to reset throttle adaptations and that didnt work.

Its a manual

Afaik throttle adaptations only work on the autobox.

My 320i also has various flatspots around the rev range, which are common for the n46b20 engine (pre-lci). I've had my vanos checked and all is ok. It's just a crappy engine at the end of the day :dunno:
