E90 320i Auto Sell or keep?

I own a pristine condition 2010 E90 320I Auto with 80,000km. Do i sell or keep? What mileage can I expect before heavy maintenance starts?

I would Update the motor-plan , for another 2 years and keep the car , At 80 000 kms it wasn't to expansive for me to do on my 318i .
