E89 Comon Issues

I will start by adding the issues I have had in the past few months:
The typical issues with the N54:
The HPFP was listed under the service history.
Once I got the car the Injectors failed and where replaced.
Other issues:
The foot well light was loose.
The SatNav did not update the vehicle position so the antenna was replaced.
The radiator fan would switch at start up. BMW replaced the Thermostat and the Fan.
Water hose popped out. Replaced by BMW.
Howling sound from turbos although no loss in power.
