There were 8 or 9. 2 space grey, 2 alpine white, 1 interlagos blue, 2 Silverstone, 1 sepang bronze and 1 black (I think - this was a good few years ago when I bought my F10).
They were also brought in by BMW SA directly. The cars you are thinking of are the two E61 530ds which were brought in by UK owners. There is an E92 with a miles+km odometer at WeSellCars cape town that was brought in like this too. I think one of the owners is on here.

BMW M5 GP is the one those twats at Monte Carlo messed me around trying to buy. The one owner of the alpine white (engineering company sticker on the door) wasn't interested in selling.
I would pay a premium for one of course but for R500K it needs to have low miles and all the usual M5 stuff sorted out.
They are here... but the owners never want to sell them (and even when they do you can see from the pricing they don't really want to)

The car is currently on stands as I’m replacing lower control arms,I would like to get it cleaned and some good pics one time if u guys ok with that?
What i do know is that there was 1028 made world wide...ive looked online the average selling price for these cars with that mileage is around 20000 to 25000 pounds so thats around the 360/400k mark.But the allocation was higher to the Uk meaning more available compared to SA.
