E60 and tracking devices

Hey guys have anybody got a e60 with cartrack installed .since myne has been in I get the battery discharge warning but the battery is actully fully charged ,I have had the car checked all the diagnostic tests run on the car at bmw and had the battery replaced with new oem battery and the registration has been done , cartrack have also been out tested the unit and installed it twice . The tech at bmw told me this is a very comon problem on e60s and that the e60s don't like aftermarket tracking devices.
Anybody else have this problem?

Our E60 does this "hig rate of battery discharge" all the time & we dont have tracker/similar installed.. its been to BMW 3 or 4 or 5 times to get it fixed & still not fixed.. they have even replaced the battery..

Same story on my one also had the new battery ,I read somewere on the net that the computer monitors the battery discharge and sometimes when all the electrical systems start up the draw at that specific second when everything turns on exeeds the specified setpoint programed on the system and it sets off the warning .never the less its a magic car
