Maybe 99.9%? :rollsmile: Long distance driving the M3 will definitely be better, more comfy. It might only be marginally slower straight line and track wise, not that track times mean much to most of us anyway, but between the two there's virtually nothing in it performance wise.

However they do speak to you differently. If you're after a short term love affair get the Z4M if it's serious commitment get the M3.

Stumbled on this old thread, at the Time I had the silver E46M3 and yet here I am with the Z4M...

If you can afford to accommodate a Z4M in your life at least once then it sure is worth it.

I've had both. If I had to choose again, and practicality was not an issue (and I was shorter), Z4M without a doubt. It's more manic than the E46 M. It's raw power.
