e46M3 or Z4M coupe?

I want to buy either a Z4M coupe or an E46 M3
Which is more desirable, assuming similar price and condition?


Z4M Coupe
OR
E46 M3

Same engine, both pretty awesome.

on the one hand you have a practical sports car with everything you could want from a 4 seater...

on the other hand you have a 2 seater with way more wow factor and slightly better dynamics...

More practical option is the M3 :=):
Sometimes 2 seats just doesn't cut it.

But wow factor goes to the Z hehee.

I voted for the Z. They are more rare and I think it has a better WoW factor. I think I've only ever seen 1 or 2 Z4M Coupe in the metal... maybe I just need to get out more :mmm:

But more importantly, the Z would be perfect for this road:

i have a e46 m3 was also stuck with choices when i bought one

i just found the z4 to be a bit uncomfortable for long trips

although its a brilliant car

i have had my e46 for many years and have had nothing but sheer drivin

pleasure with it

Its a tough one, as this is not a like-for-like comparison.

If there were more parameters included in the comparison then the results of the poll would be more "fit-for-purpose"
i.e (a) "e46M3 or Z4M coupe for an eternal bachelor"
(b) "e46M3 or Z4M coupe for daily knock-about"

You cant go wrong with either, so flip a coin :thumbs:
