e46 windshield wipers?

Hope this post is in the correct place!?

I want to replace my wipers on my 2002 e46 but cant seem to find the correct type of wipers at midas( the dude behind the till searched their computer database and still gave me the wrong wipers ) and i refuse to buy wipers from the stealership any suggestions please?

try any diesel electric

I know that they stock all bosch blades.The aerotwin should fit........

Oh and they prttey cheap for a set,-+ R130.00

Also battled to get aftermarket wipers, ended up buying OEM wipers from my local spare shop R400, when the blades get shot I'll just replace the blades from the stealers.

it's the flat type -doesn't lift at high speed

I got the bmw branded bosch aerotwin retrofit kit from the stealers, was about R420

I phoned diesel electric and they said they couldnt get the aerotwin/icon

I paid R128.00 for a set of Bosch Aerotwin blades for a W220 S500 from Diesel electric last week...........

Well worth it as the Merc Stealers want R1400 for a set

I phoned ±7 spares shops in Pta & Centurion - only 1 has stock @ a massive R 391.99 per set!!
Where did you buy yours?

Hey

It was Diesel Electric in Germiston

Make sure for which arm it must fit as the first gen W220's S-Class came with a thicker arm than the later models.......

The first gen from merc are R1400 and the sec gen to fit the smaller arm from merc are around R632 +vat........

Bosch aerotwin from Diesel electric will fit smaller arm......on S-class
Price is +-R128.00....Will find invoice and confirm,but i'm positive thats what it was....
