e46 windows mechanism problem

Hello fellow fanatics, yesterday while closing my passenger side window I heard a cracking sound.... The motor is still fine still goes up n down, but doesn't close fully now. It still closes but leaves about 10 mm open still. Any ideas what the problem could be and also any recommendations where I can go have it fixed ?? I'm in kuilsriver, cape town... ur help n comments will b appreciated as I wanna fix it before rain comes

Mechanism has given up. Very common on E46.

If it were driver window, I would recommend OEM.

Might just be the cable stays that went. I fixed mine with cable ties. The link below might help:
