E46 , sluggish pull even after reset. Sensors??

Howsit chaps, im totally new to this, however i have a 318 manual e46 ( M43) , the dignostics says my cam shaft sensor is faulty, now the car is slugggish as ever.... OR it might have jumped a tooth on the timing....any advice where i can get a sensor,

well, if the diag says its the sensor, then it likely is.

ok then, but the Mac also it MIGHT be the timing... i just dont know if i should drive the car like this.... will i not bend valves should the timing be out by one tooth ?

does only agent sell these sensors ?

Look at your crankshaft sensor.
