E46 options activation?

So I came across this website which mentions many options on our cars that are deactivated/activated from factory .
Is it possible to activate them ?
can a dealer do it or anyone else in Durban do this sort of thing? Or can I do this myself using my INPA cable and laptop?

Here is the page below

http://bmwspecialistreading.co.uk/bmw-e46-option-coding/

These are the options that I wouldn't mind having activated on my car .

1 ) High beam headlamps flash with indicators if the vehicle’s alarm is activated to attract further attention. ( This I would love! , Only my indicators flash and alarm sounds)

2 ) All power windows can be made one-touch (if not set from the factory). ( dont think my back windows are one touch )

3 ) Automatically re-lock vehicle after 2 minutes if unlock button was pressed but doors have not been opened. A partially useful feature if the vehicle has been unlocked by accident – the re-lock feature will be deactivated if any doors are opened within the 2 minutes. ( Sometimes when the key is in my pocket , the button presses against my phone or wallet etc which unlocks the car )

4 ) Electric folding wing mirrors can be folded in automatically by pressing and holding lock button on key remote. (I Dont mind having this function , saves me from pressing the button on the door )

5) Seat belt reminders can be activated / deactivated. ( Sick of having to ask my family to fit on their seatbelts)

6 ) Activation of daytime running lights. ( I like this feature! Gotten used to it on the F30 It makes the car a lot more visible in the day! and considering how blind / oblivious some drivers are these days its a nice feature )

Soooo Any idea how I could activate them?

Some interesting ones, will have to read up on them.

For #6, I am not entirely sure it is only a coding. Lookup on ebay the different LSM (Light Switch Module) or LCM (Light Control Module) you get. The switch you use to turn the lights on/off, have a variation, where you can turn it 1 notch to the left instead of the right on most E46s. You need that, which is the automatic lights, that turn on/off when the car is switched on/off.

A nice bonus is, if you get the very latest version, you can also get the tripple flicker feature, where you flip it, but not all the way where its on permanently, you can let go immediately, and it will indicate 3 times before turning off.

ok I just had a look. I had a PA Soft cable here at home, that I ordered but never loaded up. So did it quick.

1 -> Can do. I've set the indicators+beep sound for my 2 cars
2 -> Looks like you can, though the naming wasn't obvious
3 -> This is awesome. Turned it on for both my cars, tested it on one and it works.

4 -> Can do the coding, but you already need the electric folding mirrors installed, and you also need the control modules in the door ect. If you don't have, look up the retrofit guide, looks like quite an install

5 -> Looks like the coding can be done, again you need the modules in your car for this to work. Neither of my cars have this so left it alone.

6 -> Like I said earlier, I think you may need the correct module for this, but the coding looks like it is there.

So here is the sad news, I can't even remember where I bought this cable. There are some websites where its expensive...then there are some where you can get it for cheap. I tried my luck on one of the el-cheapo ones, and it looks like this adaptor works. Now aparently there are versions of the software that times out, and some that doesn't, no idea, will have to find out about that still.

The cable I used, look like this one:

Except I didn't buy that expensive one, a far cheaper one that has the same name, software and looks the same.
