Hey guys,

Much thanks for all the replies, really appreciated!
Yeah i still got alot of research to do, but damn the M3 is so tempting! you guys make very valid points and gave me alot to think about.

Well if i had to get the M3 it would mostly be used on the weekends, and will only be hammered on saturday nights lol.

@KAKA, what sort of problems does the SMG give?
@AdiS, i heard hollard is good, any cooments?

I already feel sorry for this car.

Hey dude

whats the point of having an M3 if you cant/must not drive if hard?

Guys i came accross on the over seas forums alot where the guys say BMW does PPI tests.

Does BMW SA do the same?

+1:thumbdo:

why?
I owned a golf 4 GTi and a runx rsi, Both these cars are well maintained!
Oil change done every 5000ks, services every 15 000ks.

I have a heavy foot, like to drive it hard. Now tell me why you feel sorry for it? If my runx can take such a beating, im sure the M can as well?
or is the M really that unreliable? HELP GUYS! I dont want to buy the M and then have endless issues with it.

I guess it was just a matter of time till the E46 M3 goes the same way as the E36 M3. Clean examples will be harder and harder to find.

*runs of to buy hermetically sealed bubble*
