Do u also find that if u drive with partial throttle that its quiet , almost like a standard s54 but WOT is a whole different story
Only problem I have is that the petrol don’t last now coz as soon as the engine is at operating temps , i wanna make it sing

But with that being said, I have a GTR bonnet on my car, so I have vents just above the airbox entrance and can hear it pretty well under partial load, but yes, under slow acceleration at low RPM it almost sounds completely stock sans the whistle I get from it sucking in air.

Have the entire build filmed, from arrival of the box, to install, first drive, tuning and then wide open throttle. Will release soon.

Just a little update.
Dyno'd the car before and after the CSL airbox was installed this past week.
We saw a 21wkw improvement over stock airbox which had an evolve tune.
Dyno was at CoLAB (old KAR dyno)
Day of the run was 5700feet. 32 degrees Celsius with 60% humidity.
Pretty happy with that. The car was pro tuned remotely by HTE Performance Tuning overseas. Will give all details in the video when it drops. But for now here is a little look of the car on the Dyno from the cars Instagram page. Give it a follow =P

PS. Just to clarify. The old tune on the car was a semi off the shelf evolve tune. The new tune is a custom pro tune for the car running Alpha n.

Hi Neven,
Yeah, very impressive gains. The dyno operator reckons the car would probably have made more had it not been such a hot humid day, as their shop car was down on power due to the humidity that same day.
But I will take it, not chasing numbers, just want good power and drivability, which I must say the HTE tune is not only performing well at WOT, but the car drives so smooth throughout the rev range. Low down torque is nice and driving in traffic is easy. There is no compromise to the drivability of the car at all. Just solid proven gains. Very happy.
