the E39 covers are different to these, sorry dont have the covers but the fog would work

If by covers you mean lens. Try Mr Lens.

Got my left one from eBay. Bought the car and it was missing.

Was around R300 last year. The link expired but do a search. There should be more.

Otherwise try a scrapyard and spray it to look new.
