hi guys,

i have a set of e46 M3 seats that should be arriving this week and want to fit them into my e46 330i,
i'm sure that they will fit and line up with my current seat rails,

what i wanted to know is,

i have manual seats in my car currently and the M3 seats i am getting are going to be electric,
how will i go about getting these connected to the car wiring?
will the need to be a fuse put in as well i assume?
and is there a way to temporarily power the seats to get them into the right position to fit them into the car before getting the wiring sorted? like connecting them to a battery and powering them to move the seat into my driving position or something like that?

please let me know,

thanks

Not sure on the wiring but you need to switch the one seat rail from your normal e46 to the m3. The rail with the seat belt bolt.
