E46 M3 insurance premiums

Okes with E46 M3's, what are you paying for insurance, and through who?

I am currently paying R1500+-, and had written off/claimed a week before hand.

I took this when I got the car, but havent really shopped around at all

I once walked past a field of burning dagga, and almost bought a Madza 6 MPS, the insurance quote of R1500p/m was the reason I walked away from the deal.

I pay that for my 335i, CX-7, Housing contents, wifes diamond ring and with No excess :shocked:

E34 @ 43k @ 300

So 1,600 for 3 cars

R1100 for my 2003 E46 M3
R700 for my wife's 2006 E91 320d (but I loaded R60k for extras as it has everything)
R650 for my 2003 E46 330i Individual

I'm with Santam but reading above I think I can do better, any advice please?
