Unless its CSL specific ie the Intake/Cams etc then you can get the parts for a normal E46 M3.

Keeping egine straight to diff. Boot bonnet etc all perfect for some messed up reason. Even lightweight rear window. So yea since engine still started keeping that converting my convertible into a csl engine wise. But any other part im willing to sell.
