E46 M3 CSL carbon splitters

Does anyone know where I could get my carbon splitter fixed (a.k.a. aerodynamic cover on the front bumper) or where I could buy a new one? The prospect of buying one from the agents is not very exciting, as you need to pay for it and then wait for two weeks for it to arrive.

I obviously will have to do it eventually, but I am a little irritated at the cheek of it.

Try any composites place, they should be able to do a very close to original repair for WAYYY less than you will pay for a new part.

Racing Edge here in CT had a VERY nice E46 M3 Splitter. Dont have their number handy, but they are the likes of Autostyle, so maybe you can scratch out a decent looking one in JHB.

 Yeah...it was a one piece that goes the whole width of the front bumper. But with splitter like extrusions on the corners.

Have you got a pic Charl?

Imagine a complex bit of origami - thin and light.

On this site it's the part on the corners of the front bumper being given away at USD910. Locally they are R5100 + VAT. You need to pay for them before they order them from Germany, and provide registration papers and your ID. I kid you not.

Give them a call, speak to Wells, he will point you in the right direction, as he is a supplier.

Thank you for the lead.
