e46 M3 Cold Start Issue

Hi Guys

My e46 M3 when you try starting it from cold start the car like battles to start but only on the first swing of the ignition when you try again it starts normally. Anyone experienced this and can advise as to what could be the issue. The car has had the starter solenoid changed and a new fuel pump fitted. Not sure if i need to get the fuel filter changed.

Maybe the fuel regulator in the filter is at fault.

Mine use to swing only at my hands. ..ask Spiro,lol...but nowadays, it swings halfway then starts already
