e46 facelift coupe headlight adjustment

can anyone help me find a diy or explain, maybe with pics of the knobs/screws how to adjust my headlights?
its a e46 facelift coupe - the lights are just a little too low

isn't there a switch inside the car to move them up and down?

make sure when you switch on the lights they both move.:thinking:

i know my one seems have a sleeping position when the headlamps are switched off,as i put them on, they raise up to position.

the switch is to move the lights down/lower when u carrying a load at the back
