BMW 318i 2002 E46. The electrical light beam height adjustment on my RH front light (the one you do inside with the electrical wheel to move lights up and down) is stuck. Can someone explain or refer to a youtube video on how to lubricate it. The left is 1/2 way stuck and makes a rubber squeaking sound if you adjust the wheel inside. The RH used to come loose with a good wack, but that does not work anymore.
