E46 Bonnet respray and F bumper

So There is a horrible dent in my bonnet / hood and some scuffmarks on the front bumper.

I went to a place here in sandton that quoted me R7K to to remove the dent from the bonnet, respray it along with the bumper, ETA is 5 days.

Is this a reasonable price?

My dad paid R6k for rear bumper on my moms E90 and that was including a new bumper
