E46 AUTO Differential

I am look for a Diff for my pre f/l E46 325Ci - ratio 3.46
Where would be a good place to look, do I go for reconditioned unit or take a chance with a scrappie unit? Are there aftermarket diffs around?

due to a series of unfortunate events, I ended up with a diff from a 330i manual. Now het legs are much longer, but she is also super heavy on gas now. The diff is stuffed and whines, shudders and vibrates which is contributing to the consumption.

The car is a pre f/l 325Ci auto. What consumtion should I expect realistically?

hmm, I have an 330i auto diff for you, but I am looking for a 330i manual diff...

a 330i (auto) diff is 3.38
and i think the 325i (man) has a 3.15 diff

so they pritty close to what you guys want

The diff is stuffed and whines, shudders and vibrates which is contributing to the consumption.

well, my diff is for sale if you want it I guess. just need to find a 330i manual diff for myself.

i have a 3.07 diff if you want it was working perfect when it came out the car...
