E46 330i or 330d

Hi guyz I'm new in the forum I'm intending buying a E46 330 2003 model but can't decide on petrol or diesel again Im not sure to go for a manual or auto please advice

1) how many kilometres do the prospective vehicles have on them ?
2) what is the purchase price ?
3) what is the service history on the vehciles ?
4) will it be used daily, in clogged bumper to bumper traffic ?
5) will it be used for a bit of track day fun ?
6) is fuel economy or performance a factor ?

It has about 220K and they asking 59K it will be used mainly on open day fun and I'm not sure about the service history then fuel economy is a factor
