E46 330i does not like rear tyres

Eish!!!! About 40 000km and my rear tyres are history.......used the same brand, Firestone Firehawk,(use them because our roads are so kak) on my 325i, got waaaaay better mileage....

The new Bridgestone Ecopia tyres also come with the hazard/damage guarantee... maybe gibe them a try. I always found that i get great mileage from Bridgestones. My current set is on 108k km's so far and still got a couple of thousand km's left in them (but thats also cos they on my 325i)

I'd be very satisfied if i got 40 000km on a set of rears.

Wouldn't worry too much. First set of tyres on the 1 lasted 60 000kms. Second set 30 000km!

Probably the 300nm of torque to the rear wheels:thumbs:
