I think you either have a tensioner pulley that is not working correctly anymore, or one of the pulleys is not running true or something is pulling a very heavy load. In that order

After last replacement of the vibration damper pulley engine sounds very loud, and sometimes I feel I am driving a tractor.

No disrespect intended, but isn't the tractor-like sound part and parcel of driving a diesel ? Doesn't it come with the territory, so to speak ?

What I meant is that the sound became so loud after replacing the pulley.

@Andrewbuch, might be the exhaust smoke. Only thing to explain is how does all the smoke ends up in the wheel arches!
