long story short, i had a noisy pump (the one under the passenger seat by the diesel filter), replaced it over the weekend plus a new diesel filter, but the new one also makes a humming noise on start up (logical) but when driving it sounds like its on 24/7, has an irritating humming noise.
anyones advise will be appreciated
