e46 330d alarm

Hi guys,

I wonder if any of you could tell me if there are any obvious reason why my e46s alarm randomly triggers? So I always have to lock the car with the key.

Also instead of making a new post about this. When I put the e46 in revers the left mirror tilts down for the parallel park is there anyway to code this into the E90?

My Alarm went crazy too, so I disconnect the Bonnet Alarm Sensor (not sure what real name is)... Stopped going crazy after that... :=):

When I get my car back will replace that part.. Its Cheap,.,

same for me. just disconnected the hood/bonnet trigger/switch and no more random alarm triggers

Thanks will disconnect it and see if it stops. Would I have to get the sensor from BMW ?

same thing happened to me, I took the bonnet sensor apart and cleaned it up with electric spray (q20) and put it back and no issues for the past few months.
