E46 330d advice

Hi guys

I've been looking around for a e46, and came across a 330d. Car is 2004 with 116000km going for 80k. Any advise on it?

I don't have lots of experience with diesel cars man, but if this should help:

We paid 145k for our 2004 120i with 93 000km on the clock, back in 2010.

I would say that price is not so bad, car still looks in good condition. Go & check it out, also on the service history etc.

Hey bud, price is slightly low for an 04 6 speed manual 330d, check it out but just looking I'd be cautious, front end has been done meaning most probably front accident, something doesn't seem right with the ad in general. just my opinion.:thumbs:

Yeah I see the front lights are different to the sides and rear, the price also seems low but I wasn't quite sure what they go for. Car looks good in the pics but can be suspect

Couple things stand out on that car, the frint bumper is a m-tec 2 bumper but the rear is an exclusive, the seats and interior also exclusive pack but prior to 2004.. The tai lights are also suspect cos they have orange inserts for the indicators and should have been white and red only with orange bulbs for the indicators, the fender repeaters are orange in comparison to the front clear indicators, the one front fog light surround looks like its missing as well..

Steer clear of this one.. Looks like it had a chequered history...a 2004 330d with that mileage is worth at least 100-115k...

I have a thing against E46s with half an M-Tech II kit plus indicator lights that aren't colour co-ordinated :fencelook:

The price is suspect, seems a bit low for the mileage.

Looks like a normal 330d that has had front end smash and replaced with mtech2 and clears up front
