E46 326 CYL AUTO CONVERSION MANUAL WIRING

So i have a E46 326 which converting from auto to manual everything is done but struggling with the wiring because car wont start can anyone please help regarding the wiring please

Just taking a guess, its probably because an automatic will only start in neutral or Park.....you will need to bypass this inorder to start the car

Is the EWS coded to be manual? Without that it probably wont start.
Also need to code the cluster to remove the gear selector part used for auto box.
