E46 320D No power/missing bad

Hi Gents

Thanks for an awesome informative site, I have been a member for just over a week and loving this forum.

I unfortunately have the "when it rains it pours" omen, just sorted out the turbo and crank shaft pulley and now the car has a bad miss and no power, smoking when accelerating also, reversed the car into my garage and there`s that familiar smell of unburnt diesel which leads me to believe that its injectors or glow plugs.

Guessing the injector/pump timing is off a tooth

guessing black smoke + no power + turbo worked on recently = turbo not boosting due to something not hooked up or screwed up

start by checking vacuum to vnt actuator , actuator wiring, sensors in general..

def not glow plugs, got nothing to do with running the engine

@ Netercol, Turbo has done 5000km, checked and rechecked all piping. the the car is doing abt 264000km with no work done to the injectors!
