E46 320d flatspot

Guys, what could be the reason for a 300rpm flatspot on my 2002 302d? Car pulls well from 1500 to 3000rpm before the flatspot spoil the fun.

Could be either MAF, fuel supply or turbo actuator (VNT mechanism - mechanism being stuck or a vacuum leak).

That is all I can do with the info supplied.

Is there an easy way to check all of them or do you replace and see?
