Dude what makes you think it is the rail pressure sensor? Mate had a cab also throw rail pressure codes, turned out his fuel pump in the tank was on its way out.

Thanks for your response. I have an occasional misfire. Have cleaned out the MAF sensor with MAF sensor cleaner, egr valve as welll. The misfire is occasional. I have an automatic and the misfire occurs in P as well as N, R and D. Car still runs smooth and fuel consumption on display averages around 4.2-4.4l/100km.
Misfire is more frequent under load from the aircon.

As above, rail pressure faults isn't only the sensor hey. In fact, I'd rather say it's your pump or blocked fuel filter. Replace those first, especially if the fault only comes up under high engine loads.
If your rail sensor is faulty, the car would probably not start in the first place.
Hi
I have changed the fuel filter. Car starts fine without any hassle. Have cleaned out the MAF sensor with MAF sensor cleaner, egr valve as welll. The misfire is occasional. I have an automatic and the misfire occurs in P as well as N, R and D. Car still runs smooth and fuel consumption on display averages around 4.2-4.4l/100km so no fueling issues.
Misfire is more frequent under lroad though. I will have a look at the pump again. Last time i listened both pumps were operating.
Thanks again
